We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.


Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may affect someone else who is waiting for an available appointment time. A fee may apply for missed appointments or no-shows.

After your form is received, Barbel will contact you to arrange a free, confidential 45-minute consultation. During the conversation, you can ask questions and decide whether you would like to take the next step.


There is no obligation to continue after the consultation.


Online consultations and support are available to clients residing throughout North America. In-person celebration-of-life services are available in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, by arrangement.
